[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the first detenu, namely, Bindhu has eloped for second time. On the earlier occasion, a habeas corpus petition in H.C.P.(MD) No.16 of 2018 was filed, in which she was produced before this Court and thereafter, she joined the petitioner, who is her husband. Now also, a case in Crime No.116 of 2018 has been registered and steps are being taken by the respondent - Police to trace the detenues. 2.

Considering the above submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, we are not inclined to pass any orders in this habeas corpus petition, except to close the same with a direction to the respondent - Police to see the investigation in Crime No.116 of 2018 and trace the detenues. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
