ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order dated of this Court 16.11.2021 and the requisition letter submitted by the Additional Subordinate Judge, Tenkasi, in D.NO.757 Dated 02.03.2022 and this Court made the following order:

By order dated 16.11.2021, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of O.S.No.163 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.757 dated 02.03.2022, whereby and whereunder, stating some reasons, it requested further time to dispose of O.S.No.163 of 2014.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below, a further time of two months is granted from today to comply with the order dated 16.11.2021.
