To issue a order or direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to carry out survey, measurement an demarcation of boundaries of the petitioners' assigned lands in Plot No.141,136,138,144,109,135 & 143 respectively, measuring to an extent of 3 cents each comprised in Survey No. 636/2B situated at Kanakkanpatti Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District by considering the representation dated 01.10.2020 and the reminder sent on 26.08.2021.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.LENIN KUMAR.T, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The petition is not maintainable since survey is prayed for in respect of separate survey numbers, each of which was assigned to one of the petitioners.
