Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The greivance of the petitioner is that even though Tamil Nadu AdiDravidar Housing and Development Corporation (TAHDCO) issued proceedings in favour of the petitioner for availing loan with subsidy under 2/4

Women Entrepreneur Development Programme (EDP), the fifth respondent has not been extending any assistance.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is pointed out by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the petitioner is not a member of the fifth respondent society and that therefore she is not eligible to avail any assistance. I sustain the objection. The petitioner must become a member of the fifth respondent society and only thereafter make any claim for extending assistance. As of now no relief can be granted to the writ petitioner. With this observation, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
