This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners reiterated the contentions set out in the original petition and would state that the present complaint has been filed only to harass the petitioners. He would further state that a quash petition has also been filed in Crl.O.P.No.7040 of 2020 and the same is pending before this Court and in sipte of that, the Police are unnecessarily harassing the petitioners.

C rl.O.P.(MD)No.13029 of 2020 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would state that the petitioners have obtained anticipatory bail and there is no harassment as claimed by the petitioners. 4.It is an admitted fact that a case has been registered against the petitioners in Crime No.320 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 505(1)(a)(b), 506(ii), 384, 120(b) IPC and Section 67 of the IT Act and the petitioners have also obtained anticipatory bail and a petition in Crl.O.P.No.7040 of 2020 is pending before this Court for quashing the FIR. In these circumstances, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed not to harass the petitioner unnecessarily.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
