ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD) No.3667 of 2025 dated 28.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No 3667 of 2025 dated 28.03.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police weekly once I.e on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
