Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take suitable action as against the act of excommunication done under the head of 3rd respondent by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 13.07.2019.

O R D E R

In this writ petition, the writ petitioner alleging that he was excommunicated from the community at the instance of the third respondent since he questioned the financial proprietary of the third respondent herein, the mandamus is sought to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take suitable action against the third respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that if proper representation is given to the jurisdictional police, the same will be taken for investigation and action will be taken if there is any substantial material in the complaint.

3. Taking note of the fact that the representation was given to the District Collector and the Superintendent of Police in the month of July, 2019 and if really any cognizable offence is still made out, the petitioner shall approach the jurisdiction police and if any representation given by the petitioner herein to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.16007 of 2019 jurisdiction police, the same may be taken up for investigation and appropriate action may be taken.

4.With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
