ORDER
The petitioner seeks an inquiry into the allegedly fraudulent registration of a sale deed bearing Document No.1892 / 2016.
2. The petitioner states that he was allotted the property bearing Survey No.90/18 in Palayapatti Village under an oral partition among the members of his family. However, it is alleged that a sale deed in respect of such property was executed by his father in favour of his mother under Document No.1892 / 2016. A complaint was lodged in such regard on 05.08.2021 and the present Writ Petition is filed for the conduct of an inquiry in relation thereto.
3. Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned counsel for the State, accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.

4. The petitioner submits that he received summons for an inquiry on 08.09.2021 after the writ petition was filed. Since such inquiry notice has been received, the inquiry should be proceeded with and concluded within a reasonable time frame.
5. Accordingly, without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent herein is directed to continue with and conclude the inquiry scheduled on 08.09.2021 within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Such inquiry shall be concluded after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the parties to the impugned sale deed bearing Document No.1892 / 2016. At the conclusion of such inquiry, a reasoned order shall be communicated to all the parties to such inquiry.
6. Accordingly, W.P.(MD).No.15790 of 2021 is disposed of on these terms without any order as to costs.
