This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking transfer of the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.221 of 2022 from the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli to the Family Court, Madurai.

2.Today 04.11.2022, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent submits that pending this application, the matter has been referred to Mediation Centre attached to this Court and at the instance of the Mediator, the parties have resolved their issues and they have to file an application for mutual consent. It is submitted that the case is now transferred to the Family Court, Madurai. 3.In view of the submissions made by either side counsel that the parties have resolved their issues, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of with a liberty to the parties to file an application for mutual consent before the Family Court, Madurai and on receipt of the same, the trial Court shall dispose of the petition as expeditiously as possible. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
