PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of transfer passed by the 1st respondent in G.O.(D)No. 47, Handlooms, Handicrafts, Textiles and Khadi (F1) Department, dated 22.09.2020 and consequential relieving order of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.1308/2018/E, dated 30.09.2020 and quash the same as illegal.

ORDER
Challenging the impugned transfer order passed by the 1st respondent in G.O.(D)No.47, Handlooms, Handicrafts, Textiles and Khadi (F1) Department, dated 22.09.2020 and the consequential relieving order passed by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.1308/2018/E, 1/3
dated 30.09.2020, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today through video conferencing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the impugned transfer order and the consequential reliving order passed by the respondents 1 and 3 respectively were recalled and now, vide transfer dated 02.12.2020, the petitioner was permitted to join duty at Dindigul and by obeying the same, the petitioner has also joined duty at Dindigul, wherein, he is working now.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also accepted the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader and would submit that the petitioner has joined duty at Dindigul on 02.12.2020 and is now working in the same place without any hindrance.
4.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
