*********** [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for causing removal of the encroachment said to have been made by the fourth respondent in Navakulam situated at Survey No.91, Iluppur Taluk, Pudukottai District. The writ petitioner had submitted a representation dated 09.06.2015 in this regard. Since no action was taken, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. This Court directs the second respondent herein to enquire into the matter. If it is revealed that encroachment has been committed in any public tank or in any public property, action shall be taken for removal of the same. The second respondent shall issue notice to the fourth respondent and other encroachers if any and only after complying with due process of law, cause removal of the encroachment. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
