ORDER: The Court made the following order :- When this case was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police brought to the notice of this Court that the very same petitioner, in respect of the very same crime in Crime No.290 of 2026 and seeking the very same relief of anticipatory bail, had filed Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9149 of 2026 through another counsel and that the same was also listed today. This Court had already granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
