ORDER

The order dated 29.12.2016 passed by the 3rd respondent, rejecting the request of the petitioner for medical reimbursement on the ground that her daughter took treatment in a non net-worked hospital, is questioned in this writ petition. 2.In the impugned order dated 29.12.2016 itself, it has been stated that if there is any appellate remedy to the State Level Empowering Committee, the petitioner has been asked to file appeal. Hence, if the petitioner is having appellate remedy to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the State Level Empowering Committee, he is directed to file such appeal within the stipulated time and in case, the time for preferring appeal is expired, it is open to the petitioner to file appeal within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any appeal is filed, the authority concerned shall decide the same within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the appeal.
