ORDER

The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to transfer H.M.O.P.No.654 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned 1/4

Family Court, Madurai to the learned Subordinate Judge, Paramakudi or any other competent Court in Ramanathapuram . 2.The learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection for transferring H.M.O.P.No.654 of 2022 on the file of the learned Family Court, Madurai to the learned Subordinate Judge, Paramakudi.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the Court inclined to allow this petition. H.M.O.P.No.654 of 2022 is to be directed to transfer from the Family Court, Madurai to the learned Subordinate Judge, Paramakudi.

4. With the above observations, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
