This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondent 1 and 2 to take appropriate legal action as against the 3rd Respondent on the basis of the complaint dated 27.07.2016 made by the petitioner with the 2nd respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that he has received a written instruction from the Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Sivagangai Town Police Station that the complaint given by the petitioner has been closed, since it is civil in nature and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Police will not interfere into the civil dispute. A copy of the written instruction dated 23.03.2017 has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
