O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking direction to the first and second respondents to give adequate police protection. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been undertaken in CSR No.802 of 2021. He would further submit that on the basis of the statement given by the parties, the petition has been closed on 19.08.2021.

3.On a perusal of the statement it is seen that there is love affair between the son of the petitioner and the third respondent herein and the same has been referred to District Social Welfare Board for conciliation. During the course of enquiry, the petitioner and the third respondent had given an undertaking to the effect that depending upon the outcome of the above said conciliation process, they will workout their remedy. In view of the undertaking given by them, the parties were advised to work out their remedy as per their undertaking and the petition has been closed. Therefore, the question of granting police protection does not arise and if any trouble arises in future, the third respondent is at liberty to work https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12973 of 2021 out her remedy as per the outcome of the enquiry pending before the District Social Welfare Board.

4.With the said liberty, this petition is disposed of.
