The Petitioner seeks for a direction to the second respondent to transfer the patta in his favour, which is at present standing in the name of his father. To that effect, the petitioner made a representation dated 29.12.2016.

2. Mr.A.Muthukaruppan Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself. 4.The only grievance of the petitioner is that his representation dated 29.12.2016 has not been considered by the second respondent.

5.Accordingly, this Writ petition is disposed only by directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 29.12.2016 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, also by hearing other rival parties, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
