Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal in Na.Ka.A1/9055/2015 arising out of a patta proceedings.

3. According to the petitioner, though the first respondent heard the appeal and reserved the same for orders as early as on 26.07.2016, till this date, the first respondent has not passed the final order.

4. Therefore, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner and the merits of the matter, I only direct the

first respondent to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law and also after giving due opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if no such order is passed so far.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
