The learned counsel for the petitioner has given a letter, dated 06.09.2015, to the Registry to withdraw this writ petition, which reads as under:- "I am instructed to writing by my client Mr.P.Pandeeswaran to withdraw W.P.(MD)No.14417 of 2016. Hence, the Registry may be directed to post W.P. (MD)No.14417 of 2016 before the Court for withdrawal immediately. ."
He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the letter given and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
