The Petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to issue patta for the property bearing survey no.828/1,3 situated at Thaikkapatti Street, Srivilliputhur Town, Virudhunagar District from his father's name into his name, by considering his representation dated 31.01.2017.

2. Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.The only grievance of the petitioner is that even though he has given the representation, dated 31.01.2017, the same

has not been considered by the respondent.

5.In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.01.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, also by hearing the other rival parties, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
