made ready. However, the petitioners did not comply with conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, they have approached this Court with the present petition for extension of time and filed this petition only on 01.09.2021, after lapse of four months.
3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side). 4.There is no proper reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this Petition.
