O RDER This petition is filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.1113 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that already investigation was over and the F.I.R was closed as "mistake of fact" and a report was submitted on 19.08.2020, before the Judicial Magistrate, Melur.

3. In view of the above submission made by the prosecution, this Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
