Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.MARAN,Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8672 of 2021, dated 02.07.2021 2.During the last hearing on 13.09.

2021, it was represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent that the petitioners have complied with the condition from 21.07.2021 to 10.08.2021 and thereafter they did not comply with the condition. However, the learned Counsel for the petitioners disputed the same that the petitioners have been complying with the condition without fail.
