This Civil Revision Petition is filed for early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.599 of 2021, pending on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Dindigul, within the time frame fixed by this Court. 1/4

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner/plaintiff has filed a suit in O.S.No.599 of 2021 as against the respondent herein for the relief of recovery of possession and for recovery of rent arrears amount. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the rent arrears due from the respondent is more than Rs.3,34,400/-. It is also stated that the respondent is evading without filing the written statement. The learned counsel further submits that the petitioner's husband died on 06.05.2022 and the suit property is the only income for her survival. Hence, she filed the present Civil Revision Petition for early disposal of the suit in O.S.No. 599 of 2021.

3.Though notice was served on the respondent, there is no representation for the respondent either in person or through counsel. 2/4

4.This Court considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the materials placed on record.

5.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner and taking into consideration of the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Dindigul to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.599 of 2021, within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
