This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to issue look out notice based on the petitioner's legal notice dated 25.07.2016.
2.The case of the petitioner is that he has given has given a representation dated 25.07.2016 to the respondents stating that one Dharmaraj and Anbuselvi are trying to escape from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
clutches of law and also trying to go abroad as they are in bail and if their passport is not impounded, the defacto complainant would put to irreparable loss. Since the same has not been considered by the respondents, the petitioner has approached this Court with the aforesaid prayer.
3.Mr.D.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.07.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. 6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
