ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the impugned charge sheet in S.T.C.No.41 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai in Crime No.1077 of 2015 dated 05.10.2015 on the file of the first respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 143, 188 and 341 IPC. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the Court below discharged all the accused.
3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives in this petition for consideration and accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
