O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.183 of 2021 pending on the file of the respondent Police within the time fixed by this Court.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that even though a case has been registered on 24.03.2021, investigation is not completed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No. 183 of 2021 has been completed and during the course of enquiry, it was found that it is purely a civil dispute. He would further submit that the closure report is also made ready which will be presented before the concerned Court after completing the formalities within a month.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 5.In view of the above submission, the respondent police is directed to file the final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the meantime, RCS Notice be served upon the petitioner and after receiving the notice, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before the concerned Court.
