PRAYER IN CMP(MD) No.2436 of 2019 :
to condone the delay of 94 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the award passed in M.C.O.P.No.468 of 2014 dated 04.04.2018 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal(Special Subordinate Court, Madurai), Madurai and thus render justice.

To set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 04.04.2018 passed in M.C.O.P.No.468 of 2014 on the file of the Motor Accident claims Tribunal,Madurai(Special Subordinate Court,Madurai),by allowing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and to grant such other relief or reliefs that this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. CMP(MD) No.6531 of 2019 This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to extend the time limit given by this Court in the order dated 14.03.2019.
2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that by order dated 14.03.2019, this Court condoned the delay of 94 days in filing the above appeal on payment of cost of Rs.500/- to the credit of the Chief Justice Relief Fund within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the order. Due to inadvertence, the cost has not been paid within time. Hence, he requested to extend the time limit.
3.Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the time granted in the order dated 14.03.2019 is extended by one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No further extension will be given.
4. This petition is accordingly ordered.
