O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to follow the dictum laid down Lalita Kumar - Vs - Govt. of U.P., which is reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 in respect of conducting preliminary enquiry to register the case against the Proposed accused by considering petitioner representation dated 29.06.2022.

2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on 29.06.2022, the petitioner gave a representation and the petition enquiry is pending before the third respondent Police.

4.Recording the same, the third respondent police is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.06.2022 and 2/5

conduct enquiry in the matter and take suitable action on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
