[Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.] Seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Court, Tirunelveli District, vide Judgment dated 24.02.2025 in S.C.No.9 of 2010, he has filed this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner has failed to make out a prima facie case for grant of suspension of sentence, hence we are of the opinion that it is not a fit case for grant of suspension of sentence to the petitioner.
4. Accordingly this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
5. Post the criminal appeal on 23.02.2026 along with Crl.A(MD)Nos.1099 of 2025 and Crl.A(MD)No.400 of 2025 for final hearing.
