Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.BALAJI, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr.ARUL VADIVEL @SEKAR, Special Public Prosecutor for Custom Cases on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10602 of 2020, dated 06.10.2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.
