O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 2 to 6 to provide necessary police protection for the three days of 16.08.2022 to 18.08.2022 for the Arulmigu Udaya Parasakthi Amman Temple Sevvai worship festival.

2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents 1 to 6. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2/5

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 submitted that the complaint has been received on 29.06.2022 and the sixth respondent Police has issued C.S.R.No.249 of 2022. Now the petition enquiry is pending before the sixth respondent Police.

4.Recording the same, the sixth respondent police is hereby directed to conduct enquiry in the matter and take suitable action on merits in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
