This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent vide his proceedings in eh.f.vz;. 17/fh.c.M/ jp.fh.ep/2023 dated, 21.06.2023 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to grant permission and necessary protection to conduct the "Innisai Kacheri" followed by the Adal Padal dance programme on 24.06.2023 and 25.06.2023 in pursuant to "Thiruvizha" at Sri Thillaikaaliamman Kovil situated at Bungalow Theru, Thiruvaiyaru, Thanjavur District.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the temple festival is going to be celebrated tomorrow i.e., on 24.06.2023 and hence, no useful purpose will be served in adjourning the matter by impleading 2/5

the rival parties.

3. In view of the said submission, the second respondent herein is directed to consider the representation to be filed by the petitioner by summoning both the petitioner as well as the counter parties immediately and dispose the representation.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
