PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order issued by the 4th respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.03/2022-2023 dated 28.04.2022 and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional and consequently, to direct the 1st, 2nd and 4th respondents to provide the individual water tap connection to the house of the petitioner at Ramalingapatti, Kamatchipuram Village, Reddiarchathiram, Dindigul under the Village Panchayat Water Scheme on payment of the charges or under the PMs Jal Jeewan Scheme within the time stipulated by this Court.
