ORDER

Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner's representations from the year 2013 seeking alternate employment, given to the respondents have not been considered so far. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice if the representations of the petitioner are directed to be considered, within a stipulated time limit.

W.P(MD)No.16072 of 2020 4.In view of the limited relief sought for, this Court, without expressing anything on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 04.07.2013, 29.04.2019 and 0.10.2020 and pass appropriate orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
