This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents 2 & 3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Mr.S.Manoharan, Sub-Inspector of Police, Ganesh Nagar Police Station is present. When the matter was taken up for hearing, on instructions, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that on the complaint given by Thangavelu/R4, the Police conducted enquiry and on 12.12.2016, they have closed the complaint on the ground that allegations against the petitioner are false and a copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
