For petitioner in all the petitions : Mr.V.Lakshmanan COMMON ORDER These civil revision petitions have been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif / Rent Controller, Thirumangalam, to dispose of R.C.O.P.Nos.11 of 2015, 12 of 2015 and 1 of 2016 respectively, pending on his file, within a stipulated time.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a senior citizen and he has filed R.C.O.P.Nos.11 of 2015, 12 of 2015 and 1 of 2016 respectively for eviction of the tenant by name B.Vasudevan, who is the husband of the respondent herein. During the pendency of the RCOPs, the said B.Vasudevan died and therefore, the respondent herein was impleaded in the RCOPs. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the RCOPs have been filed in the years 2015 and 2016, till date no progress have been made in the same. The petitioner is ready to cooperate with the Court below. Hence, he has filed this revision petition seeking a direction for early disposal of the RCOPs.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner and considering the fact that no prejudice would be caused to the respondent by ordering this petition, this Court is of the view that notice need not be sent to the respondent.
5. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner in these petitions and also considering the years of the RCOPs, this Court, without going into the merits of the cases, is inclined to issue the following direction to the Court below: The learned Principal District Munsif / Rent Controller, Thirumangalam, is directed to conduct the trial of R.C.O.P.Nos.11 of 2015, 12 of 2015 and 1 of 2016 on day-to-day basis and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Both the parties are directed to cooperate with the Court below for early disposal of the cases.
6. These revision petitions stand disposed of accordingly. No costs.
