[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ The petitioner, who is a neighbour and an agriculturist to the fourth respondent made a complaint on 23.07.2018 alleging that

due to quarrying operation being done by the fourth respondent contrary to the conditions imposed, agricultural operation along with cattle farm are being affected. Seeking action upon the same, this writ petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration of pendency of the said complaint, we direct the third respondent to look into the complaint dated 23.07.2018 and take appropriate action in accordance with law after due notice to the petitioner as well to the fourth respondent. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
