2. The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that before any action is taken against the Writ Petitioner in respect of his property comprised in Re.S.No.1033/1 and 1033/1B, situated at Alagappapuram Village, Vadasery Sub District, Kanyakumari Registration District, due notice would be given and only after giving sufficient opportunity to the writ petitioner, further action would be taken.
