This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to quash the case in C.C.No.97 of 2018 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Vedasanthur . 1/4
2. It is seen that already trial process has commenced and even the defacto complainant was cross examined by the petitioner, at this stage, this petition is filed by the petitioner. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition.
3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working as Teacher and hence, he prayed for dispensing with the appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court,
4. Considering the profession of the petitioner, the personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court is ordered to be dispensed with. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 22.06.2023 NCC :
