ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and not to interfere in civil dispute.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents Police. 3.The dispute between the parties is pending before the competent civil Court in A.S.No.12 of 2018. the parties will have to work out their right before the civil Court. The respondent police shall not interfere with the said dispute and harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry.
