The writ petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus, seeking a direction to the fourth respondent/Tahsildar, Ottanchathram, Dindigul District not to entertain any application for mutation of patta relating to S.No.142/2 and 142/5 in Thangachiammanpatti Village, Ottanchathiram Taluk, Dindigul District.

2.It is stated that the petitioner had given a representation on 23.03.2023. In the said representation, it had been stated that the petitioner herein filed A.S.No.85 of 2022, which is now pending before the Sub Court, Ottanchathram and till the disposal of appeal suit, patta should not be transferred from the name of sixth respondent. 2/4

3.The petitioner can very well seek such relief from the Sub Court, Ottanchathram. The petitioner cannot seek the same relief before this Court and the Sub Court. This Court cannot be a parallel forum. 4.Giving liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
