[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 04.02.2017 alleged to have been given by the petitioner in respect of E-service by way of issuing a Writ of Mandamus.

2.It is seen from the records that 12 centres of E-service have been allotted to Aruppukottai.

3.The grievance expressed on the side of the petitioner is that even though the Government has sanctioned 12 centres in Aruppukottai, nothing has been established. Under the said circumstances, a representation has been given on 04.02.2017 and the same has not been considered.

4.Considering the contentions put forth on the side of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to pass the following order. 5.In fine, this Writ Petition is allowed in part without cost. The first respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 04.02.2017 and dispose of the same within a period of fifteen days.
