Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.104 of 2018 proceed against the accused persons in accordance with law and punish them for the offences detailed in the petitioner's compliant dated 18.07.2018 and consequently, direct the respondent police to file final report for the concerned Court within a specified time frame. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.104 of 2018 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. Perused the materials placed on record.

3. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.104 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation of the defacto complainant.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
