ORDER
The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to remove the unused and damaged Plastic Water Tank which is placed in front of the petitioner's home at No.42, Mathura Baskardass Nagar, North Main Street, Madurai, by considering his representation dated 17.07.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleaders appearing for the respondents.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it has been reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the damaged plastic water tank had already been removed. The said submission was also reflected in the counter affidavit filed by the second respondent.
4.Such being the case, no further order is required to be passed in this Writ Petition and the same is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
