ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for records relating to the proceedings in C.C.No.565 of 2022 dated 05/07/2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Dindigul and quash the same. Order: This petition is coming for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.Selvam, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, Government Advocate For the First Respondent, this Court made the following order: This Court, by earlier order dated 22.07.2024, has directed the Registry to submit a report.
