ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Ananathmurugan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.A.S. Abdulkalaam Azad, Government Advocate (Crl side), for the respondent, this Court made the following order:
"This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking extension of time to deposit a sum of Rs.1000/- to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench, under the head of Infrastructure Funds, as directed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.4666 of 2018, dated 11.04.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.4666 of 2018, dated 11.04.2018 has not been properly communicated by the previous counsel and therefore, the petitioner has failed to remit the amount as directed by this Court.
3.In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order is granted to 2/4
the petitioner to remit the amount to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench.
