This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to pay the arrears of Transport Employees Retirement Benefits Scheme Fund(PRBF) to the Petitioner along with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from 30.4.2013 . 2.Mr.K.Sathiya Singh, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The case of the Petitioner is that the Petitioner worked as Senior Assistant in the second respondent Corporation and retired from service on 26.4.2013 and the respondents have deducted a sum of Rs.50/- per months towards Transport Employees Retirement Benefits Scheme Fund and the total arrears under the above said head comes to Rs.32,000/-. Petitioner after his retirement, the Petitioner has submitted a representation, dated 5.1.2015 before the second respondent and since the said representation did not evoke any response, the petitioner is before this Court with the relief stated supra.

4. The counsel for the respondents would submit that it is agreeable for the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders thereon.

5.In view of the submission, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 5.1.2017 and to pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date on which a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment to do so. 6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
