: Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus or any other order or direction in the nature of Writ, directing the 1st Respondent to direct the 2nd respondent to grant patta for the petitioner's lands situated in Old Survey No. 304/2, Natham Survey No.571/14 and its extent of 4 1⁄2 cents= 0.0125 sq. mtrs of puthanatham, Manaparai Taluk, Trichy District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2016 with in a period of stipulated time.

The Petitioner seeks for a direction to the first respondent to direct the second respondent to grant patta for the petitioner's lands situated in Old Survey No. 304/2, Natham Survey No.571/14 and its extent of 4 1⁄2 cents= 0.0125 sq. mtrs of Puthanatham, Manaparai Taluk, Trichy District by considering his representation dated 19.09.2016.

2. Mr.C.Selvaraj Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

up for disposal, at the admission stage itself.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though he has given the representation to the first respondent on 19.09.2016, the same has not been considered sofar.

5.In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.09.2016 and pass orders on the same and in accordance with law, also by hearing other rival parties, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
