This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission and necessary protection to perform Adal Padal Programme on 20.07.2019 in the Village Temple Festival viz., Arulmigu Sri Kamatchiamman Thirukovil, Thanjavur District, Valangaiman Taluk, 26, Maaligaithidal Panchayat, Poondi South Street.

The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct Adala Padal Programme on 20.07.2019 in the above said temple, the petitioner made a representation on 12.07.2019 to the respondents and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.
